**Purpose**
This policy establishes procedures for reporting incidents, hazards, or policy violations, fostering a transparent and safe work environment.
**Scope**
Applies to all employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
**Incident Reporting Procedures**
- **Reporting Channels**: Incidents can be reported through email to **compliance@lylinventories.com** or directly to the Health and Safety Officer.
- **Documentation**: Employees must provide a detailed report of the incident, including date, time, individuals involved, and a description of events.
**Compliance and Follow-Up**
- **Response Time**: Incidents are acknowledged within **24 hours** and investigated within **5 working days**.
- **Corrective Action**: Findings from the investigation are used to adjust procedures or implement additional training.
**Confidentiality and Non-Retaliation**
Reports are confidential, and employees are protected from retaliation for reporting incidents or compliance concerns.
