**Purpose**  

The Quality Assurance (QA) Policy outlines our commitment to delivering high-quality services through structured checks, feedback, and continuous improvement. This policy ensures consistent standards and client satisfaction.


**Scope**  

This policy applies to all inspection reports, client interactions, and final deliverables provided by **LYL Inventories Ltd**.


**Quality Assurance Procedures**  

- **Pre-Inspection Checklist**: A standard checklist for inspectors to ensure all necessary equipment, PPE, and documentation are prepared.

- **Random Report Audits**: Periodic review of completed inspection reports for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards.

- **Customer Feedback Review**: Monthly review of client feedback to identify trends and areas needing improvement.

- **Internal Training**: Ongoing training sessions for employees based on audit results and feedback to ensure continuous development.

  

**Documentation and Record-Keeping**  

QA documentation, including audit records and feedback summaries, is retained for at least **three years** to support continuous improvement efforts.
