Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Confirmation 1.1. All bookings for property inventory services must be made through our official online booking system. 1.2. At the time of booking, only the lead tenant's details are required. If additional tenant details are necessary, we will contact you after the inventory appointment. 1.3. Bookings are subject to availability and will only be confirmed once you receive a formal confirmation email from LYL Inventories Ltd. 2. Client Booking Rules 2.1. Clients are permitted to cancel their own bookings online at any time. However, cancellation fees may apply (see Section 4). 2.2. Clients may reschedule their own bookings up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. 2.3. To ensure smooth scheduling, we enforce a late booking limit of 24 hours before the appointment time. No bookings will be accepted within this period. 3. Payment and Fees 3.1. All service fees must be paid in accordance with our pricing structure at the time of booking or upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 3.2. A card on file is required for online booking, ensuring security for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees. 3.3. Payments are processed securely, and all transactions are subject to our Payment Terms and Conditions. 4. Cancellation and No-Show Policy 4.1. Free Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel their appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled session at no charge. 4.2. Paid Cancellation Window: If a cancellation occurs between 24 hours and 1 hour before the scheduled session, the client will be charged 50% of the session price. 4.3. Late Cancellation/No-Show: If a client cancels less than 1 hour before the scheduled session or does not show up, they will be charged 100% of the session price. 4.4. Cancellation and no-show charges will be processed using the payment method on file. 5. Refunds 5.1. Refunds will only be issued in cases where LYL Inventories Ltd cancels the appointment and cannot offer a suitable rescheduled date. 5.2. Any refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed at LYL Inventories Ltd’s discretion. 6. Amendments to the Policy 6.1. LYL Inventories Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website and will take immediate effect.
