Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Confirmation Bookings must be made online or via direct contact and are subject to availability. Clients must provide the full property address, access details, and any special requests (e.g., inclusion of garages, outbuildings, garden layouts). The property must be fully accessible at the scheduled time. 2. Client Booking Rules Clients can cancel bookings online up to 48 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late bookings are accepted up to 24 hours before the start time. 3. Payment & Fees A valid payment method is required at the time of booking. Payment must be completed before or on the day of service. Online bookings require a card on file for security and cancellations. 4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Free Cancellation: More than 24 hours before the appointment – No charge. Paid Cancellation: Between 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment – 50% fee. No-Show/Late Cancellation: Less than 1 hour before the appointment – 100% fee. Cancellation/no-show fees are charged automatically. 5. Revisions & Amendments If LYL Inventories Ltd makes a mistake in the floor plan, revisions are free, but must be reported within 8 hours of receiving the completed floor plan. If the client requests additional modifications (e.g., adding extra rooms, reformatting, or changes beyond errors), a £50 admin fee applies. Extensive amendments may result in additional charges based on the scope of work. 6. Floor Plan Accuracy Disclaimer Floor plans are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be relied upon for precise measurements. All measurements are approximate and subject to slight variances due to property conditions. LYL Inventories Ltd is not liable for any discrepancies between the floor plan and actual property dimensions. It is the client’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the floor plan before use. 7. Service Conditions The standard turnaround time is 8 hours unless otherwise agreed. Any delays due to property inaccessibility or incomplete property details may result in additional charges or rescheduling. 8. Policy Amendments LYL Inventories Ltd reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website.
