Cancellation Policy

Booking & Confirmation All bookings must be made via our online system or direct contact. Clients must provide the full property address, access details, and any special requests (e.g., highlight certain areas, branding, or interactive hotspots). The property must be clean, staged, and ready for filming at the scheduled time. Client Booking Rules Clients can cancel bookings online up to 48 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment. Late bookings are accepted up to 24 hours before the start time. Payment & Fees A valid payment method is required at booking. Payment must be completed before or on the day of service. Online bookings require a card on file for security. Cancellation & No-Show Policy Free Cancellation: More than 24 hours before the appointment – No charge. Paid Cancellation: Between 24 hours and 1 hour before the appointment – 50% fee. No-Show/Late Cancellation: Less than 1 hour before the appointment – 100% fee. Cancellation/no-show fees are charged automatically. Revisions & Amendments If LYL Inventories Ltd makes a mistake in the virtual tour, corrections are free, but must be reported within 8 hours of receiving the completed tour. If the client requests modifications after delivery (e.g., adding branding, scene adjustments, or extra features), a £50 admin fee applies. Extensive amendments may result in additional charges based on the scope of work. Virtual Tour Accuracy Disclaimer Virtual tours are provided for marketing purposes only and should not be relied upon for property dimensions or exact layouts. Lighting, reflections, and camera angles may affect the final output, and LYL Inventories Ltd is not liable for aesthetic preferences. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the property is presented as they wish before the tour is captured. Service Conditions The standard turnaround time for completed virtual tours is 12 hours. If the property is not ready at the scheduled time (e.g., messy, cluttered, or inaccessible), the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled with additional charges. Policy Amendments LYL Inventories Ltd reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website.
